You won't get Cashback on:

  • Non-hotel categories (i.e. Flights, Tours & Activities)
  • Any expenditure outside of the room rate (e.g. in-room dining, spa, etc.)
  • Booking.basic reservations
  • Bookings made on external partner pages
  • Bookings with travel dates >2 years from the date of purchase
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any store credit redemption
  • Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Service charges

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

  • Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • We can only track your Cashback if you show up for your booking.
