- Guardian reserves the rights to reject Cashback for resellers and fraudulent customers. Reseller/fraudulent purchases will not be eligible for cashback.
- Guardian defines Bulk/Fraudulent purchases as : (1) Purchases more than 20 qty per SKU in one single order ; (2) Multiple orders under same account ID.

Other terms and conditions
- ShopBack must be the last link you clicked in order to get Cashback. If other website links are clicked after clicking through ShopBack, Cashback will not be tracked (E.g. coupon and deal websites)
