Terms and exclusions

Exclusions

You won't get Cashback on:

  • Car Hire bookings
  • Hotel bookings where a voucher code, discount code or referral code has been used on Skyscanner
  • Any expenditure outside of the flight booking (e.g. in-room dining, spa, etc.)
  • Bookings through SkyScanner App
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Any store credit redemption
  • Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Shipping and delivery

Note that Skyscanner may also impose limits on the number of items of specific products you can buy.

Any exceptions will be at the store's discretion.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

  • Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.

Tracking disclaimers

  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Other terms and conditions

Skyscanner terms and conditions:
  • Cashback is limited to 1 flight booking per day, 5 flight bookings per calendar month per user and flight Bookings is capped at RM0.50 per order
  • Cashback is only eligible for a completed flight / hotel search via Skyscanner that results in a flight/hotels booking
  • Valid Hotels cashback bookings make take up to 6 days to reflect within the customer's account
  • Cashback for Hotel bookings will only be eligible for bookings made with this Skyscanner suppliers: Trip.com, Agoda, Expedia
  • Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online
  • Cashback will only be applied to consumed hotel bookings, e.g. where the booking is used and not cancelled
  • Hotel purchases must be completed immediately within the same session without you exiting your internet browser. If you exit your browner prior to completing the transaction the hotel booking may not be eligible for cashback.
  • Ensure that the flight/hotel booking has been completed and paid for and no changes have been made to the flight/hotel
  • Hotel bookings must be consumed within 2 years of the booking date.
  • Cashback is only eligible for 1 flight booking a day and 5 flight booking within a calendar month per user. Additional tracked order will later be Rejected
  • Cashback rates are subject to change and may increase, decrease or be withdrawn at any time
  • Skyscanner reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of its website

    If you encounter payment errors during your purchase, you should restart your visit to the Skyscanner website or app from this platform to ensure that your Cashback continues to be tracked.
