For extension, only version 6.6.9 onwards has cashback and need to activate the cashback in the extension
After adding the first product in the cart, you can continue add item from the same merchant without going back to Shopback app.
After adding the first product in the cart, you have to redirect from shopback app / shopback web again and add a new item from a different merchant
Empty your cart before clicking through the ShopBack
Don’t
Group Buying Products, Digital Products like Mobile Reloads or Game Credits.
Any amount offset by Taobao Points, Merchant Vouchers, Timed offers or new store promotion will not be eligible for Cashback, only the remaining paid amount will be eligible for Cashback.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
Resellers, Agent sites and Giftcard orders.
Orders made using Hongbao (红包) or promo codes.
Notes
Cashback excludes credits, vouchers, tax, shipping and service charges.
Cashback will be tracked 1 day after you have received your order and click “Confirm Delivery” (“确认收货”)
Cashback rates vary for different products set by different stores. Shopback will give out the cashback according to commissions received by the Taobao stores
The usage of Tmall Points and Vouchers, any instalment payment methods will still qualify the purchase for Cashback
Cashback will not track if using a third party payment that redirects to new tab or app
Other terms and conditions
ShopBack must be the last link you clicked in order to get Cashback. If other website links are clicked after clicking through ShopBack, Cashback will not be tracked (eg coupon and deal websites).
If for some reason your payment made on merchant page has failed, do click through ShopBack again and re-do your purchases to ensure tracking is still active.
Return to ShopBack and click through to the merchant every time you are making a new transaction.
If you are making 3 separate transactions on the merchant, you should click through ShopBack 3 times, each time before making a new purchase.
Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders or activities to game or cheat the Cashback system, will be banned, with Cashback removed.
