Exclusions

You won't get Cashback on:

Any portion of an order exceeding the RM35 cashback cap per ZALORA customer
Orders with usage of codes beginning with ZBAP, voucher code with prefix ZCREW, and sometime bags purchases
Orders from ZALORA Bazaar (https://www.zalora.com.my/zalora-bazaar/)
Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
Fees · Taxes · Service charges · Shipping and delivery

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
For partial returns or exchanges, we'll prorate the Cashback as an adjustment.

Tracking disclaimers

Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.
