• Cashback is calculated based on final price excluding taxes, fees, delivery fees and service charges.
• Cashback will be capped at MYR40 for each ZALORA user per order.
• Cashback based on order value after deducting ZALORA Wallet credits. Cashback will be prorated for partial returns/exchanges.
• ZALORA reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to determine the currency exchange rate for Cashback calculation. ShopBack will adhere to the rate recommended from the merchant
• Cashback will initially track at a lower amount, and update upon validation

• Make sure to empty your Zalora cart before clicking from ShopBack and ShopBack must be the last link clicked in order to get Cashback. Otherwise, Cashback will not be tracked (eg coupon and deal websites)
• If for some reason your payment made on merchant page has failed, do click through ShopBack again and re-do your purchases to ensure tracking is still active.
